1. Service Availability
• We provide 24/7 taxi and shuttle services throughout Burlington, VT and surrounding
regions.
• Advanced booking is encouraged, especially for airport transfers, early-morning, or late-
night pickups.

2. Booking & Payment
• Rides may be booked online, by phone, or via text.
• All bookings require a valid name, pickup/drop-off location, date, and contact number.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash
App.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless prepaid.
• Large group bookings or long-distance rides may require a deposit.

3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
• Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled fare.
• If a flight is canceled or delayed, no fee will apply. We monitor flight updates closely.

4. Wait Time & Additional Charges
• A 15-minute grace period is provided for standard pickups.
• After 15 minutes, a $1.00 per minute wait fee may apply.
• Airport pickups include up to 30 minutes of free wait time after flight arrival; additional
wait time is charged at the same rate.

5. Safety & Conduct
• All drivers are fully licensed, insured, and trained in customer service and defensive
driving.
• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• Smoking, drinking, or disorderly conduct is not permitted inside the vehicle.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who poses a safety risk.

6. Lost & Found
• 802 Vermont Taxi is not responsible for lost items but will make every effort to return
found items to their rightful owner. Please contact us immediately if you believe you left
something in a vehicle.
