Helping you get where you need to go.

Storms are unpredictable and we do everything we can to get you around safe and sound. Here’s what you need to know when booking a taxi in a storm:

Call Volume will Triple: When you want to avoid the roads, most other people do as well. Our call volume typically triples during storms so please be patient as our drivers, dispatch & mechanical staff are working their hardest to transport you safely.

Avoid Rush Hour: Keep in mind that during the weekday rush hour (7-9:30 am & 3-4:30 pm) traffic around the city and on highways can create long travel times. Along with higher demand for service getting people to and from work, we also transport children to school and back home. Please remember to allow more time for us to get to you when booking a taxi. If possible, book outside of rush hour to receive the timeliest service possible.

Assume Major Traffic Delays: We can guarantee that roads will be slow with stormy weather. From cautious drivers and accidents, there is always something that slows traffic down. Please plan accordingly to allow yourself more than double the time to get to your destination.

Please be aware when extreme weather and peak periods collide, we may block advance bookings / time calls to ensure we can provide safe service. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
