We did the unthinkable. We dared to share our customer service centre, dispatch technology and maintenance garage in the name of a better transit system for Burlington.

We dispatch for Deluxe Taxi, which means we have more cars on the road 365 days a year. All calls come in to the Burlington Taxi central location and we dispatch trips to both Burlington and Deluxe drivers. The goal: faster more efficient service for our mutual customers.

Dispatching for Deluxe Taxi has been one of the best business decisions we have put into practice and was applauded by the City of Burlington’s 2008 industry review.

When you call for a taxi, you may be dispatched a black Deluxe Taxi. Deluxe promises the same great customer service, quality of drivers and vehicles.
